Our farm is extended on the back premises of the hotel. There we grow vegetable and herbs that we use for the preparation of the food we serve at our restaurant. Throughout the hotel we grow fruit trees,  whose fruits we collect to make homemade marmalade. Among the animals of our farm you can find chickens, goats, pigs, deers, emus, rabbits and ponies.

Most of our animals are rescued from zoos that closed down their doors or other owners that were unable to maintain them any more.

Our guests can interact with most of the animals under the supervision of a staff member and can also participate in the collection of fresh vegetable and fruits.
